Is it possible to create/play as a character which has absolutely no magic items in its possession, and only relying on non-magical items to survive ? Spells, spell-like and supernatural abilities are still allowed, whether it came from class features, templates or racial abilities.

Since the queen has a dominating gaze, you could have a lawful evil queen dominate or charm (with her spells) other creatures in order to battle them in a chess game. The losers get either killed or enslaved, which could lead to possible conquering of small villages and towns.
