Sadly,. no idea. WOTC is always terrible about talking about their coming lineup. Maybe we can get some ideas from GEncon, but i am not even sure if they are doing a big product reveal this year.

I have played and or run about 3 games. TWo back in the day on Yahoogroups and one I am running now. WE are playing off the SRD as I never bought the books for it.

I just cannot see this one project hurting kickstarter too much. Sure, some of those backers might be gun shy and not back again, and who can blame them, but there are a lot of people, and a lot of kickstarters out there (Just look at the list of ten or so Morrus put up on the news page today)...

I am currently doing a playtest on Yahoogroups, but after this final encounter, I will be stopping. I like 5E a little, but I can do the same game with 4E or 3.5 easily, and am not seeing a reason to keep playtesting.

Really, you are starting to get into different RPG systems. For some, you only need to know a couple things, for others, 4E in particular, you need to know more than a couple simple things. I could play 1E or 2E pretty easily without minis, but 3.5 and 4E are not so easy. I can think of other...

I agree intrusion is not a good word choice. GM twist might be a lot better, or something like that.

One reason I only play FR with my face to face group. None of them knows a thing about FR. I tried it in PBEMs, it was not pretty at all. As for voting, Dark Sun, Birthright and Greyhawk, in that order. I would like to say the Neverwinter CS from 4E also. That was one great book.

Dannyalcatraz, that is my experience also. Maps help make sure who is where and doing what. Of course I play high rules systems. If I did a more freeform or rules-light game, I might do it differently.

A container slightly bigger would be great, probably is one somewhere.
