What rules most need more official errata/clarification?

Number 1 issue for me is keyword inheritance. The interpretation of it being that keywords are inherited simply for being on a power on a weapon at all is a well reasonable interpretation of the words. However, it seems reasonably not the intent.

What rules most need more official errata/clarification?

That sounds like the Judge's (DM) fault, not the law's (Skill Challenges). It sounds like you're afraid that something about it will make DM's unresponsive.

    Alignment loophole?

No, they're just assuming that you play good. Which is why they don't even go into detail on evil gods in the PHB and discourage playing evil. If you do play evil, retool it against good.

Kobolds, but Tieflings a close second. Tieflings were my favored in 3.5e.

    Wizard Confusion

You're stretching. Everyone else has that ability. If Wizards were denied it, that would be the specific exception in need of mention. Not the other way around. The only Customer Service responses you have is the one you keep quoting. The one lacking proper context.

    Wizard Confusion

Context also includes the question. The respondent CS could have simply avoided mentioning that because it was not the question he was asked. The fact is, the same thing occurs to power selection at level-up for all classes. They are to pick a power from the appropriate level. However, we are...

    Wizard Confusion

Check the context of that response. That response was someone trying to put a 5th level in a 1st level spot. It could simply have been assumed by CS that 5th level was the highest the person had access to in the context presented. Thus, unable to prepare a 5th in a higher slot because there were...

    Cloud of Knives kills minions?

I believe there's a distinction between automatic damage and damage-on-miss. Automatic damage occurs when there's a hit, as well, so those hit take both damage. Damage-on-miss only occurs when there is a miss, so those who are hit do not take it. Minions are only immune to the second. I...

    Charming goblins

Understanding would be Insight, keyed to Wisdom. I'll agree that it's arbitrary, but Charisma is kind of a catch-all thing for nebulous qualities as it is. But they could definitely stand to be more consistent with it.

Question about Warlock power (Dire Radiance)

Shifts would count. If he's pushed/pulled/slid then it's probably not on his own turn.

Question about Warlock power (Dire Radiance)

If nobody moves, the target does not take extra damage. If the Warlock moves closer to the target and we were accepting relativity into RAW, then sure. But we're not, so the target takes no damage.

    Charming goblins

Older editions seemed to give Charisma penalties for races simply on the basis that humans didn't like those races. Thus, people wouldn't react favorably to them and they should get a social penalty which is what the -2 to Charisma represented. Well, Charisma based casting screwed that right to...

    So, Does this Work?

The only part that's ambiguous is whether or not the power needs to be 'on' to get the benefit. And that's mostly a point of contention applicable for weapons that can't be turned 'on.' So is practically moot for frost/flaming weapons.

    So, Does this Work?

Pg 226 of the PHB His class powers will gain the magic item's power's keywords. Thus, using the frost weapon with a power, the power will inherit the cold keyword. It does gain the Cold Keyword, as per pg 226 of the PHB.

    Magic Weapons and Keyword Inheritance

I'm not seeing it. Keyword inheritance is just the keywords being inherited by a power using the weapon or implement. You're not adding new effects. Durations won't change. As long as no item has a stance keyword, then stance will never be inherited. And thus this problem never shows up. Same...

    Magic Weapons and Keyword Inheritance

I thought it was pretty clear on this. The answer would be no. There's no necrotic keyword. You do do necrotic damage, but only with the specifically mentioned bonus due to crit.

    "You possess a spellbook."

This thread makes me want an intelligent spellbook. A Wizard who took the wrong meaning for the word "possess." I wonder if there'd be any way to swing it as a PC. What racial qualities would a haunted spellbook have?

    Doomsayer (Warlock Paragon) question...

Yes, it does. Any class or racial power using a weapon or implement that has a power gets to use that power's keywords. See PHB 226. Also discussed here: http://www.enworld.org/forum/showthread.php?t=233456
