    Have a character sheet.

I actually encountered this sheet on my own and loved how visually stunning it was. The idea of doing the faded wording (as well as a circle stat board with info filling the corners) was something I did a LONG time ago in other games but you know what they say... "great minds." In fact, that's...

    5E character sheets?

Nevermind. Morrus beat me to it. I would have, however, mistakenly removed the lines for open boxes (primarily because I liked the open-box concept, but also because I remembered incorrectly: it was 1st Ed Basic that had open boxes, not 2nd Ed).

    5E character sheets?

Actually, let me "Old Green this for you, be right back. In the meantime, here's mine: http://community.wizards.com/sites/m...%20Segovax.pdf http://community.wizards.com/sites/m...0Stingfire.pdf http://community.wizards.com/sites/m...Magavarico.pdf...

    Character Sheet Feedback

OP, I just looked the sheet over and I have a few minor things to say: - First, this is all based off of the original post, so if any of this is covered somewhere in the 11-pages of responses, my apologies. - I know what goes into making something like this and I can tell this wasn't "thrown"...

    Proposed Character Sheet

This is the "finalized" sheet (someone is working on making it form-fillable for me. I also included 3 sample characters to show you how it should be used (and how it looks). (links removed, see further down the thread)

    Proposed Character Sheet

I felt the same way, Jeff, concerning the spells. In my first iteration of the sheet there was a spells section (where you currently see the Gear and Money) which contained the box you see in page two and then a freeform box dropping all the way to the bottom of the page so you can note your...

    Proposed Character Sheet

Actually, that would be freakin AWESOME if they moved! But they don't... The purpose to the two main boxes "obscuring" is because they are the two main groups used most often. Bringing them to the foreground makes better use of space and easier referenced. The stuff in the background is...

    Proposed Character Sheet

Nah, you're viewing it just fine. I'm not sure what you may be referring to, then. If you are referring to the big empty boxes then this is why: I did go on to discuss spells as an example, bu the sheet has evolved since. So, yeah, those are intentional as are the floating boxes.

    Proposed Character Sheet

It occurred to me that you may be referring to the "floating" box. That is how its supposed to look. We kind of touched on this at the Wizards community and it seems to be a positive touch bringing important information to the foreground.

    Proposed Character Sheet

I'm only seeing half-a-page there, so yeah... it's not viewing correctly on your iPad. I did see however, that someone else was viewing it correctly on an android device and others were able to view it properly as well, so it's likely your device.

Thanks! Hey, sorry for posting it in the wrong spot. :)

    Proposed Character Sheet

I tossed this into the Wizards community, and only had a couple of responses so far (I only posted it yesterday). But one of them was quite in depth and the points were keen. I made adjustments accordingly. However it would be nice to get more perspectives, so I'm coming here as well. I...

    Life of Pi

Hrm... I certainly cannot argue with this. But the statement concerning pea does present some confusion when reading. Once you read this you spend the rest of the novel reading pea in your head. Thank you to all who responded and kept it civil (relatively).

    Life of Pi

As for Jonsey, certainly he is referring to the spelling and not the pronunciation. After all, the quote is from his book on how it is pronounced.

    Life of Pi

It is, however, an integral part of who he is and how he learned humility. I understand the process of adaptation and how a film adaptation is never like the book (even certain liberties are taken), but changing the pronunciation has a certain sense of "wrongness," almost blatant defiance...

    Life of Pi

I'm not sure if this has already been covered, but I feel it is a terrible oversight by everyone involved in the making of the film (and those who defend it). Coming from someone who owns the book, it can sometimes set the hairs on the back of my neck on end when I see something so well...

    AFMBE Skill Question

AFMBE is All Flesh Must Be Eaten. It is a VERY streamlined and phenomenal system for Zombie Apocalypse games in any era.

    AFMBE Skill Question

Your response makes perfect sense and clarifies EXACTLY what I was feeling but could not explain. Not sure my players will swallow it, though - but they'll have to. In MY experience, I found that maintenance often finds the flaws in what they are repairing. We often ask, "what the hell were...

    AFMBE Skill Question

The fact that I cannot find this a common issue with an easy answer anywhere else makes me feel I may be overlooking something simple, but I cannot (for the life of me) discover what it is. The question concerns maintenance skills versus engineering skills (IE: Mechanics vs Engineering...
