I've searched and searched, but cannot find it anywhere; In 2.0 books like Sword and Fist etc, they use Weapon sizes like Unarmed, Tiny, Small, Medium and Large. However, in 3.5 they work with Unarmed, Light, One-Handed and Two-Handed. How do I convert sizes from 3.0 to 3.5?
