Weapon size conversion

I've searched and searched, but cannot find it anywhere; In 2.0 books like Sword and Fist etc, they use Weapon sizes like Unarmed, Tiny, Small, Medium and Large.

However, in 3.5 they work with Unarmed, Light, One-Handed and Two-Handed.

How do I convert sizes from 3.0 to 3.5?

Generally speaking, all those weapons are now Medium size (actually, for Medium sized characters) plus: Tiny and Small weapons are Light, Medium weapons are one-handed, and Large weapons become Two handed in 3.5. Then you can scale those weapons for characters smaller or bigger than medium-size using the rules in the phb.

Edit: I think an example would make it clearer. Take the Duom from sword and fist. Its a Large weapon that deals 1d8 damage. In 3.5 a medium size duom would be a two handed weapon that deals 1d8 damage. A halfling would use a Small, two handed duom that deals 1d6, and an ogre a Large, two handed duom that deals 2d6.

Thank you, exactly what I was looking for!

To continue the example for (hopefully) added clarity, a Medium creature could wield a Small duom as a one-handed weapon, while a Large creature could wield a Small duom as a light weapon. A Huge creature could not wield a Small duom. The weapon damage does not change (a Small duom always deals 1d6 no matter who wields it).
