I have seen many models which are for exactly this use - organizing the box o stuff which came with that board game. And one selling point is that these printers can make boxes and such with extremely thin walls from fairly tough plastic to maximize fitting into the overall cardboard box. And...

Ah, but you already know how to use a photocopier - position the original, press the button and voila. 3D printers are nowhere near that straightforward yet. Count me as one who is very interested in getting into 3D printing - trying to learn and research for a purchase by the end of this year.
