    Stacking Races

    Even with your situation it must be at least +2 ECL, or its better than Tiefling in almost every way (more abilities, etc). Just being a native outsider makes you +1 ECL (as proven by some of the sadly weak Gensai), so adding in an elfs abilities has to make at least +1 more.

    It depends on the distance. Monte (or someone at WotC) suggested that sleepers "take 0" on listen rolls. The DC for combat is 0, so they get like 10' per +1 in Listen skill.

    LOL. Ok let me rephrase. Both abilities should be on one type or the other, they shouldn't be split the way they are. The funny thing is I thought the same thing after I typed it, but figured noone else would see it that way.

    Just to reaffirm what Hendrix said. The summoned monsters would stay until the duration expired or they died. Spells don't end when the caster dies. Technically if you are flying and get killed, your body is still floating until the duration expires or its dispelled.
