Would those monsters be 'never seen before'? As for the Creature Collections, I'd prefer a Creature Collection Complete.

Is there any way to change the damage of an attack or add an armor bonus? I tried to use it to convert 3.5 creatures to PF, but it's probably to restrictive for that.

Bards were a pretty solid class in 3.5. With the changes to Inspire Courage, I'd say they still are a pretty solid class in Pathfinder.
