    How did recharge work?

As for listing 4 5 6 rather than 4+: some creatures apparently have their recharges staggered, so that they can't recharge everything all at once. So, a creature might have a recharge 4 and a recharge 5 6; they get something back on 4, 5, or 6--but not both in the same round.

    No Rituals for Warlocks?

The Elenium (aka the Diamond Throne/Ruby Knight/Sapphire Rose). Otha, dread King of Zemoch, stumbled over a statue of an Elder God while out herding goats and basically become that God's priest/king.

    General Effects of Bloodied?

The biggest problem I can see with condition tracks is that they can create a spiral-death situation, where moving down the track imposes penalties that make you noticeably more likely to move down *again*. But, I only have limited experience with actually using such systems, so I don't know how...

Powers in the class description chapter

I was originally hoping that they would have a Powers chapter, based on Saga (where I found all the cross referencing of Talent Trees to be a pain). But I suspect that the cross refing has been removed, which would make having them in the class sensible (I'm also hoping that the layout for...

New screenshots of character visualizer, virtual tabletop

That's a good way to approach most any new computer program! On the other hand, the images The Rouse posted are better than the Boing Boing ones IMO.

    Dungeons of Dread Preview 5

It looks like Minion isn't a template: I read this as being that the Level 8 Soldier Angel of Valor and the Level 21 Minion Angel of Valor (and the Level ~15 Minion Angel of Valor mentioned in the Monsters^3 podcast) are different stat blocks--possibly with somewhat different abilities (for...

    New Player's Handbook Cover Art!

Well, a Dragonborn and a Cave, anyway!

    New Player's Handbook Cover Art!

Hmmm, interesting. I'd like to see a larger image before making any better/worse judgements. And it's odd that they didn't go ahead and make the title bar translucent, like they did on the modules--I'd think that if they were going to the trouble to re-art they'd go all the way and do the title...

D&D 4E 4e Rogue Skills. What does it really mean?

Note that not only is hong almost certainly right--but this is actually a fix to an issue with multiclassing in Saga (it was related to starting feats rather than skills, but it's the same issue).

    Ampersand: Sneak Attack

    Biggie's a Ranger, not a Rogue.

    Ampersand: Sneak Attack

I suspect the oddly-repetitious skills are related to a mistake in SAGA; in that the 'free' feats a SAGA class starts with at 1st level weren't put on the bonus feat list for the class--which is a problem if you multiclass into a class (because you only get one of the starting free feats, not...

    Ampersand: Sneak Attack

Shifting is the new 5' step, apparently.

    Ampersand: Sneak Attack

Note that that's Con SCORE not Modifier; they're getting (effectively) 22 + 2xCon Mod hit points, which is pretty nice! A heck of a lot more than before!

Templates: anyone want to take a guess?

I kind of doubt this; Dire in general means 'bigger and meaner' without any substantive changes in how it fights. It sounds like that kind of upgrading will be built-in to the system already. I expect that templates generally will alter the creature in a way that changes how it fights. For...

    D&D 4E Non-Euclidean Geometry in 4E?

I wished they had gone with an offset-square grid; same advantage as a hex map, but easier to draw a square building on! Maybe in 5e :p

    G1 Tactics

For Hill Giants, I'd try to make some use of Improved Bull Rush as part of Charge attacks; making punies dance is fun! :D (Later Giants should make use of their Improved Overrun--bowl over the fighter *and* smack the mage!)

D&D 4E 4E Dragonborn: What Do We Know About Them?

I've been thinking of them as something of a race of (idealized) Ronin, basically; honorable, but vagabond.

    D&D Minis: Preview 2

That's correct: Red = Borderlands Blue = Civilization Purple = Underdark Green = The Wild And I think the priest looks like the Younger Empereror from Nausicaa, actually. It's a nice mini, though.
