    As you can't be good and evil (unless a very specific event gives you both auras) at the same time a weapon can't be either. Same for chaotic and lawful, for the elements the opposition is less clear, but cold/fire is no way for me.

    You can say that anyone who fail his save has to roll for each metallic (ferrous) item. Don't forget that magical items save as the wielder if it's better than the item save.

    I think the spell ends, you can't take additional damage past -10 because you're dead (unless some special ruling), for me delay death will work, very good combination but even with half damage the target can die if the cleric can no longer heal....

    It's one attack, for me all is simultaneous, the target roll his saves in the order he wishes but with his full constitution even if he rolled the poison save first and failed. Once all is rolled you can tell the new situation, hp damage, dead, or poisoned with ability point lost, maybe all of them.
