While it is true that Monkey Grip and Powerful Build do not stack, there are other ways to get that kind of damage output.
1) Heavy Weapon, a feat from Magic of Faerun, lets a character wield a weapon made of Alchemical Platinum or Alchemical Gold- materials introduced in that book- which boosts damage similar to a size bump.
2) As I recall, there is a spell that boosts weapon size. I don't know if it stacks with MG or PB.
