The Unemployed Adventures of Mervyn the Savvy Kobold Captive (complete short story)

Heh, I like it, savvy kobold indeed :] And this was all improvised? How'd you make a simple kobold so smooth when it comes to switching sides? Too bad it ended in tpk :uhoh:

Lazybones's Keep on the Shadowfell/Thunderspire Labyrinth

Just like with any other Lazybones update, I approve, it's awesome :D One thing that bugs me, but that's just me and my immersion-need: in 4e we've got a new healing mechanic, second wind, which works well mechanically, but it can be tough to explain in-game. My humble recommendation to you...

The Age of Worms - Morrus' Campaign - Finished 6th August!!

Wahoo, we get update! Main author turn on, thank you Mr. Eccles :) Personally I don't mind if the final update comes in bits, as long as we get the whole story of the desperate group battling a God :]

    JollyDoc's Rise of the Runelords...Updated 12/22

Still lovin' it, awesome story. Nualya's fight was quite intense, and her reasons for becoming a villain quite convincing :] Can't wait for the next installment!

Lazybones's Keep on the Shadowfell/Thunderspire Labyrinth

Lovin' it more and more with every new chapter :D Can't wait for the encounter with the now famous toothy baddie; if it's Lazybones writing it, it's gotta be uber-deadly :]

The Age of Worms - Morrus' Campaign - Finished 6th August!!

Oh noes! Hopefully Mr. Eccles has sufficient time in his day to inform us, avid readers, of the epic conclusion to the adventure path

    JollyDoc's Rise of the Runelords...Updated 12/22

I second that! Zone of non-violence was artfully described in-game, with a nice explanation by Adso to boot. Loved the ending, really awesome mixture of magic and steel from Wesh combined with Rico's bestial tactics :]

Lazybones's Keep on the Shadowfell/Thunderspire Labyrinth

Lovin' it! Can't wait for the next chapter. Is Beetle a Rogue or a Fighter? He could go either way, with the info we have on him. Lazybones, I've noticed that sometimes you use character classes and PrCs hand in hand with character development. With the Paragon classes in 4e, will you be...

    4th Edition Bard

Y'know, at first I thought "Oh, another fan-created class, nice", and expected no more than that. Then I started reading and saw neatly written basics (similar to the 4e phb) about the Bard, two types of Bard, and so on. Interesting :) And then I saw the powers. Level 1 to 10. Level 10 to 20...

    JollyDoc's Rise of the Runelords...Updated 12/22

That was an intense fight! Who'd known that goblin dogs + goblin shaman would be so devastating? Say, JollyDoc, assuming you're the DM in the game, was the encounter ran like the module decrees or was it modified? Skud's last words are hilarious :D

    JollyDoc's Rise of the Runelords...Updated 12/22

The moment I read the section about the priest's body being taken away during the goblin raid I got hooked to the story hour. Badly. The adventure path is definitely creative and well thought, can't wait for the next installments, JollyDoc :)

Lazybones's Keep on the Shadowfell/Thunderspire Labyrinth

Way to go, Cliffhanger King, you've done it again! :) Love the characters: their personalities (what we've seen so far), dialogue and even their names. What's with killing wizards in 4e? They're no longer the same nuisance for you the story-writter that they were in 3e ;) Unless you're used...

Zurai - Awesome, just what I wanted to know, thanks :) Huh, I was under the impression it had restricted access. Thanks for passing the info :)

    JollyDoc's Rise of the Runelords...Updated 12/22

JollyDoc, I've just read the first recounting of the story and I have to say it's got me intrigued. Hopefully I'll be able to continue reading and catching up to the tale :) Say, would you mind divulging some info on the changes done to classes in the Pathfinder rpg? For instance, what's with...

The Age of Worms - Morrus' Campaign - Finished 6th August!!

I'm with ya, Tallarn; Eccles has got his fair share of goodies to sunder in the name of saving the world to deadly effect :] Gah, I forgot to mention the Sphere of Anihilation in my post! Oh well.

The Age of Worms - Morrus' Campaign - Finished 6th August!!

Aw-shome! Nicely done, Eccles, you keep delivering solid epicness 'till the very end :D Now my take on epic battles such as this one: The good: Stopping time, wishing for a powerful magic item, summoning a servant of the Heavens, conjuring pillars of flame upon a God, then having said servant...

4E Keep your Shadowfell- A story (three) hours.

Meh, sounds like a case of tough luck from the dice rolls to me. I've read playtests of 4e groups overrunning dungeons like a knife through hot butter, but again, it's because of lucky rolls for the most part. I haven't played that far ahead in the module, so I don't really know if it's well...

The Age of Worms - Morrus' Campaign - Finished 6th August!!

I just rolled a 20 on my Fort check to avoid having the suspense kill me  I sure hope the heroic trio's tale ends with a happy ending!
