Well you could automatically allow them to imbue any held weapon with Holy or Unholy power at higher levels. I assume a Neutral Pal would have to choose between Lawful and Chaotic. I dont know how you could have a True Neutral Pal though.....Champion of apathy or undecidedness maybe.

Yes and no. There are basically Heroes and White Hats with varying levels of exp. You gain exp and buy abilities almost like a point buy system. I have read it but have not played, so you will have to ask someone else for anymore.

One thing I never understood about Ghoul Spawns. Ghoul are supposed to eat the things they kill and the recently dead....so how exactly are dead bodies left lying around to become new ghouls?

Im going to bring it back and treat it as Absolute Ambidexterity. That way you can get two smalls or 1 med n 1 small to +0/+0 and 2 meds at -2/-2. I dont see why not. A feat that reduces a penalty is less powerful than one that gives a bonus.

Hate hate hate PrCs. You can make 90% of them with some high level feats and a couple of custom spells. Give me a book of mid to high level feats and I will be happy.

I read all the design diaries and find the book disappointing for the most part. I really like some of the changes Monte has made to the magic system because I have grown very disappointed in the very limiting D&D memorization system. I like how he has folded psionics into the magic system...
