It's slightly different; Rich had a sandwich shop called "SerfWay", whereas Erfworld just had the word Erfworld in the logo style. I think Rich's is funnier, because there's an actual joke there: A sub shop for "serfs," as in medieval peasant. Plus it was only a tiny part of the larger joke...

Nothing, so far. There's a brief scene in Start of Darkness that takes place there, but it's a meeting between Eugene Greenhilt and an informant; nothing Haley would ever know about. My guess is that he just introduced the place in that scene so that he could use it now.
