Significant excluded middle here, of those of us who couldn't care less whether or not the fluff ties it to any particular setting.

Put me down for another pro-"mystic" vote. Yeah, it's generic, but "psion" sounds way too modern.

I suspect it wasn't on the list of options for the same reason we didn't get a psionics option: it's a no-brainer and they already plan to address it at some point. It may be taking longer than many would like, simply because, on one hand, it tends to step on the toes of other classes and...

I'm just fine with the present pace. Eventually, I'd like to see a printed compilation of the UA articles (which will hopefully include psionics), and maybe a second Monster Manual. Add in one or two adventure paths a year, and that's about all I'll need for the next ten years or so.

I'd say about a third of our encounters have been pure ToM, so minis haven't been necessary for those, but for the other two-thirds, I've been using a combination of Pathfinder pawns and MV pogs. The pawns are used mostly for PCs, and it has been a little frustrating for a couple of the players...

5e has already established itself as my favorite edition. The only question at this point is the "margin of victory." If it plays reasonably well at levels 10 and up it will be an absolute blowout.

Honestly, there's not much more that I need. I'm hoping for a good selection of magic items, some guidelines on monster building, the death domain for clerics, and ... well, that's about it. I hope they don't spend too much of the space on optional rules that I'll never use.
