Im trying to get us to the point that, if we get some lucky rolls, we can take out a spellcaster or ranged attacker in the surprise round or first round of combat and deal with the mobs at leisure. So warlord and rogue have xbows..excellent

roles Here's what I'm trying to figure out... I am a devoted cleric so I am a back row type of spell caster. My sats limit my melee effectiveness and as a healer I really cant afford to get clobbered early in the battle. BUT, I do have reasonable powerful ranged attacks and utility spells...
