Depends on if the publishers feel propping them up is in their own best interest. I miss the old Wizards of The Coast stores.

Where is everyone getting this Dryads die when their tree is cut down? The closest I get is in the Monster Vault it mentions Dryads live in trees, and call one "home." I won't die if you destroy my house... (at least I'm reasonably sure.)

As far as I know this rule was an optional one wasn't it? This is the kind of thing I like... Rules that allow people to change the game to suit their style, without changing it for those that don't want to effect the balance in their own games.

That sucks... It was the opposite for me. I can't install anything on my work computer, but it has silverlight, so I can now actually use the DDI on business trips without carrying around a second laptop. :D

P.S. wasn't there supposed to be a "big" update to the MB at the end of last month? (Or was it coming in september?) Just checked, and that was september.

The lack of houserule support annoys the heck out of me. They seriously need to enable houserule support, like STAT. That said, their old houserule support was kind of crappy, so I don't know if I agree that it was anything to lament not being there. I still get the feeling that houserule...
