If the timeline is somewhat correct season 4 ends december 31 2004 (or early 2005), and the scene with Ben and Jack at the coffin with the man with very short or missing legs takes place aug/sept 2007, I think it´s a safe guess we have quite a lot of episodes ahead of us with the man in the box...
