That assumes, of course, you're interested in such stuff. The adventure is nice, I guess, but I put it up on my shelf as soon as I removed it from the box, and it'll probley sit there gathering dust untouched till I move out and have to pack it.
For those who don't want to pay $50 for a PDF, pay $50 for the full thing. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/1588467953/104-5830850-7351168?%5Fencoding=UTF8&v=glance&n=283155
Yeah, before anyone bursts in and cries "But Amazon doesn't have it!", they are in the process of shipping my copy of me...
Running gag, but also echoed sentiment. If the figures were useable for D&D, I might pick them up, but I don't play the D&D Mini Game enough as it is, so I can't possibley justify buying a NEW minis game.
This is exactly what happened to E3. It forgot what it was intended to be, an industry only trade show. It got to the point that it was a circus for kids and swag-seeking dorks, and that you couldn't actually WORK there as an industry tradesman. And so, the big names started pulling out for...
After the horrific way in which they packed and shipped Ptolus, I won't be ording from their online store. Dodged the bullet by getting one of the few Ptolus that wasn't mangled.

It's been years since I went in there, but Game HQ used to be one of those NSFLGS (not so favorite). Good wide selection, but staffed by ur-:):):):):):):)s. It was hard to even get questions answered or have someone ring something up...
I'm not sure of any local hobby store in central Oklahoma that is large enough to even try to get a copy. I honestly couldn't tell you any store which stocks Whtie Wolf products at all. The local ones sell D&D, and old backstock of stuff that's been sitting on their shelves for a decade. :(
It's a shame I'll never get to see this product, then. I missed out on the preorders of the boxed set, and I won't be paying 3 times markup on eBay the day after the product is released.
And no, there's no freaking way I'll buy the PDFs. PDF isn't even a last ditch subsitute for me. It's...
The rolled up newspaper trick worked. ;) actually, it was a verbal newspaper, but he got a trashing by the other players. I think he finally realized how silly all his demands were being, he aggreed to play anything we'd push in front of him. I'm being nice and still restricting the game to...
