I've found they hold up pretty well to a repaint, but I haven't tried to remove any of the existing paint. I'm no expert though - I'm a bit better than a slop 'n go, but nowhere near a competitive-level paintsmith.

Yup. I think the pictures actually helped - they were anchor points that kept my story from straying too far away from where it needed to go.

I've also had to deal with a player falling asleep, but in his defense, most of those incidents were on nights where he'd come straight to the game after a 12-hour shift in the factory. We couldn't blame the guy for that.
