Little sacks of lady fingers. Somewhere in the bag there's a prize, but most of the time it's just a cheap knock-off ring.

Rat on a stick, for monsters on the go.

Chilled gnome brains. They leave the eyes in so they'll see you through the week.

By "Humanoid Tavern" you mean things like orcs, goblins, bugbears, etc. right? Not your "everyday humanoid tavern" with elves and dwarves and humans, right?

Assuming the former...

Blood Pudding/Blood sausages (made with actual blood of course).

ORCISH BLACK BLOOD PIE!

Probably something like steamed or grilled bear or wolf hearts (goblins would never eat the wolf ones...wouldn't be koshuh. :) ) for the strength/ferociousness/etc. of the animal to be ingested.

Wild mushrooms and fungi (probably with a couple of varieties in the mix that would be poisonous or at least hallucinogenic for humans or demi-humans)

Fried snakes and toads. (a la calamari, if you would)

Whole halfling on a spit, slow roasted and basted in its own juices for maximum flavor. If you are verrry luck its still squealing when its served.

Organs...of all sorts, beasts and/or goodly humanoids: brains, hearts, livers, kidneys, non-grandma friendly organs...etc. Dwarf livers have a lovely tangy ale flavor already soaked in ;)

Elf kidney pie/pudding.

Finger lickin' Fingers with a spicy herb mayonnaise dip.

And tonight's dessert special: Fairies Flambe! or Mud Pie (yes, ya know wut I'm tawkin' about ;)

fried human liver with flatve beans.
haggis with real Scottish intestines.
Girl Scout cookies.
Bostonian Boston Butt. With tea
Southern Fried Rebel with hush puppies. Your choice of Lab, poodle, or labordoodle pups.
Yankee Pot Roast with Pear slices
Grounded Gnome with Garlic sauce
Raw Hobbit um Halfing on a Half Shield.
Hot Dogs, Dashound, Chin, Pug,
Sheperad Pie with lamb on the side.
Cat a Lope.
