New posts appearing on wrong page

It's not just if you post a reply. Just sitting on a page it will auto-update with new posts at the bottom - even if you're looking at page 1 and the new replies should be on page 99.

Gastronomy in D&D: The Truly Non-Standard Rations

One of the PCs in our current game is a goblin gourmet, which has led to some issues. edit: For example: The Unrepentant Satisfaction of Misunderstood Pedantry | Sins Of The Past | Obsidian Portal

    WOIN Are Armour Skills Defunct?

In this thread Morrus indicates there's an error, but doesn't explicitly say whether the error is in OLD or in NOW/NEW. I thought he meant that armour skills do reduce the defense penalty in all cases, but maybe I have it wrong.

    Shatnerquake!

In one of our Shadowrun campaigns, we ran into William Shatner at a con and he ended up being a recurring villain.

WotC Should WotC buy a Fantasy Novel Publisher like Tor next?

But those aren't published by WotC. The recent Salvatore novels are published by Harper Voyager and the recent MtG novels are from Random House.

What's the deal with the text editor?

I don't think Frankie is asking you to fix it (he did say "Fair enough"), he's asking where the bug is reported so that we can go and add our requests to the Firefox developers to get it fixed. I'd like to know that too.

Modiphius to Produce Vampire: The Masquerade Miniatures

"Odd"? "Bizarre"? Seriously? I have a mini of my character from a recent Traveller campaign, even though we didn't use miniatures in play - is that really bizarre? And I know I'm not the only person who likes paint minis. In fact, if you read the article you'll see that this isn't even the...

Pathfinder 2E Pathfinder 2E play report

Don't! Your dog will just end up eating your iPad too. You should get to the root of the problem by figuring out what exactly your dog objects to about your character. Was your build insufficiently optimized? Or was he expressing dissatisfaction with character generation in Pathfinder 2?

    D&D 5E (2014) Is Bardic Inspiration Magic?

I don't think it matters if it's magic or not. It would certainly not be allowed in court. 1. "You can inspire others through stirring words or music." In the middle of a court hearing? You'd be thrown out. 2. If bardic inspiration is used to, say, help a witness lie (e.g. with a deception...

Electronic / computer app die rollers

Yes. Proper dice are best but we've sometimes used phone apps for convenience, e.g. when there are special dice (e.g. FFG Star Wars) or when someone has forgotten their dice.

    Constructive Criticism for Your GM

Our DM does everything right, especially not killing my character, and he's good-looking to boot. (Yes, he does read ENWorld. Why do you ask?)

    D&D 5E (2014) messy's 5e newbie questions thread

No, that hasn't always been the case in the past. In 3e/3.5, for example, bards cast arcane spells and some of them were not available to wizards. I don't think there was ever a complete separation between arcane and divine spells. Certainly in 2e & 3e there were spells that were on both the...

D&D General How Was Your Last Session?

It went pretty well. We finished an adventure, and also managed to perform a magic ritual to rid the goblin PC of demonic possession that was causing him to go berserk and attack the elf wizard PC on sight. The wizard had to go around using an illusion to disguise himself as a human, until he...
