Why this week or mid July? What is off about late June and early July? (I personally am hopeing for first week of July).

Except they ARE balanced from what I have seen. Literally take a ranger and a bard take away there spells and give them a minor exploration thing and they are on par with a fighter. Edit: in case of there bard what would you feel they lack compaired to fighter and rouge?

Again this is a real issue. A staff of fire or wand of lightning bolt each takes a single attunement slot but can change how many “not damage but I win” spells the wizard can use

That’s the thing way back when playing a full caster was hard. The easier we made it the more and more it stepped in the non casters.

Yeah the game doesn’t fall apart until after 15th but you can see the stress on it as early as 7th or 8th and 9th level full casters already break away from the mold of most fantasy casters.

Make all casters work like warlock. Give them 1 then 2 then 3 slots that upgrade as you level up to 5th then give a single spell per level of 6th and 7th and remove 8th and 9th level spells but follow the old 2e cleric chart for what levels to get spells at (they only went to 7)

Dont insult used cars salesmen. They normally are good con men of nothing else. A lot are pretty good at fixing cars too
