I think the point is here. They should be compared to the warlock class instead of full casters. Warlock is more closer to the concept of "falling back to the spammable things".

Usually the regained slots are only one slot of the highest spell level. You could rule that the character is able to gain as much spell points as the highest spell slot requires, that character can cast. Ie. Level 5 wizard regains enough spell points to recover one 3rd level slot.

To me, sorcerer has been a disappointment. I played a wild one in lost mines of phandelver, and in hindsight a wizard could have done things better. Some, if not all, of the sorcerer metamagics are too niche, and while they may create/recover more spell slots the wizard outshines them by rituals...

Protip:if you multiclass, you miss out on third level cleric spells. They are badass! You could grab out the feat that grants advantage to concentration saves, or shield master feat. Also how come you have MAD? Its just 3 stats, str or dex, con, wis.

Nothing else wrong with your post BUT the fact that the dwarf subrace grants only medium armor proficiency, not heavy. Not that they couldn't use it, though.
