There is rarely anything coming out, only the unearthed arcana material. I assume this will all be put into a book at a point or another, but when? Is there a plan to release anything this year except the adventures?

Our Hybrid warlock has Twofold pact feat on lvl 11, gets Chromatic Bolt and then burns everything with Wizards fury, Silver Fire, Gloves of Eldritch Admixture. Should he be even getting the Chromatic bolt since he is a Hybrid? We are lvl 12.
