Ranger build help - broken AF

I need a ranger build, almost definitely a battlefield archer & a hybrid (Bard?, Cleric), lvl 12, that is broken as much as possible.

Either way:

• level 12
• race Drow
• Unlimited gold, but max lvl 15 items

So far I was thinking:

Wintertouched - CA on hit with frost
Silvery Glow - +3 damage with frost/radiant powers
Lasting Frost - +Vulberability 5 on hit with frost
Merciless Killer - +5 dmg to Bloodied
Gauntlets of Blood (4) - +2 damage on bloodied
Frostbow (13)
Bracers of Archery (P) - +4 damage to ranged attacks

1d10+17 first hit
1d10+22 with Lasting Frost
1d10+29 with Lasting Frost & Bloodied target

Any advice on items / feats?

Since you’re lvl 12, I think getting the Sylvan Archer or the Harrowing Swarm Archer paragon paths would help you since both paths kinda give the character that Legolas-multi-arrow-shooter feeling, just notice that one of the requisites for the Harrowing Swarm Archer is to have the Harrowing Swarm feat. Now, I’m not much into archery feats but I think you could abuse the ones that give you extra shots or lower cover/hidden penalties, improved initiative also might be of good help or some feats that extend the range of your bow. I’m not sure I’m being really helpful here since my knowledge on Archery optimization is fairly poor, I’m a melee guy.

Ranged stuff really is fairly poorly supported compared to melee weapons and implements, you basically have the right setup +/- a couple, but you're never going to be "Broken AF" with an Archer, best that can be done comes in just shy of Broken.

Feats:
1. Bow Expertise
2. Cunning Stalker
4. Sneak of Shadows
6. Treetop Sniper
8. Something that retrains into Lasting Frost at 11.
10. Something that retrains into Called Shot at 12.
11. Icy Heart
12. Novice Power (Snap Shot)

Required Items: Frost Longbow, Gloves of Ice, Siberys Shard of Merciless Cold, Bracers of Archery, War Ring, Ring of Giants.
Useful Items: Circlet of Arkhosia, Raven Cloak, Predator's Hide Armor, Boots of Eagerness, Elven Chain Shirt, as many Freezing Arrows as you can carry, Horreb's Ritual Cube, Power Jewel, Salve of Power...

You also need a Theme, since being Drow means you can't be a Feywarden, I recommend Elemental Initiate which qualifies you to take a Rain of Hammers Ki Focus.
