When I say converted, I mean I ran them as is and just tweaked the stat blocks to work with 5e. But for me running an adventure as-is means I make on the fly adjustments to fit the campaign story. So I don’t have any thing written to share, unless you are interested in my monster conversions.

I have converted several 4e adventures for 5e (such as Demon Queen’s Enclave and Madness at Gardmore Abbey) and they have worked great. We are going through the 4e Dungeon Mag version of Baba Yaga’s hut currently. I even tweak the 4e stat blocks on the fly and just run the monsters from that.

I guess it is time for Wizards of the Coast to finish and release 6e now. 😁

according to my cursory reading, if you just want to use a shield to increase AC (like in 1e) then the shield won’t take damage. If you use the shield for damage reduction (based on hardness) then the shield can get damaged.

In my current campaign, one of the PCs was turned to stone by a Medusa and after the rest of the group killed the Medusa they took some of her blood and found an alchemist to make a potion to restore the stoned PC. Something like that could work.

I tried Numenera once, but it never really clicked with me. I would live to see a 5e compatible version. The setting looked really good.

I have the original Battlelore game but never got the Battle for Westeros. It looked pretty good.

I agree on the scale so they would mix with my D&D minis better but it is still close enough to me. The plastic minis plus no assembly is a huge plus for me.

I am getting it for Christmas so I hope to try it out during the break too.
