Don't have that one ... Anyway ... converting from 3.5e monster style to 3.0e monster style is very easy. The only thing you really need to convert are the number of skill points at feats (and honestly, you really don't even *need* to convert that ... the discrepancy in skill points and feats...

The biggest changes in going from 3.5e to 3.0 is reworking the monsters number of skill points and feats. Post a 3.5e monster here and I walk you through a conversion. :)
