Voice of Shagaroth Your Eldritch Blast deals double damage to objects. Maybe make it so it only works against objects that aren’t being carried or worn if it’s too OP.

Like TCE pgs 46-47 crossed with 3.x feat chains? That would be nice if it were in the upcoming PHB24, but I suppose it would depend on how much page count they had to devote to Fighters. Maybe they'll do something similar in a future splat book.

Or they could go the computer programming route with: Burst of Ingenuity (2/day): If the Sphinx or another creature within 30 feet makes an ability check or saving throw, then the Sphinx adds 2 to the roll.

Honestly, I can’t imagine it would be overly time consuming to reroll a die. The initial roll might take a bit, since you need to locate the correct die and determine what modifier to add to the roll. But to then reroll it? The die is already in your hand and you already know the modifier...

Race/Species -> Background -> Class always made the most sense to me because it’s chronological. Start with how you were born, then how you grew up, then what you are now. And yet, every time I create a character, I choose my Class first 🤷🏻‍♂️
