It is balanaced because most of their abilities are focused on critical hits, and you're out of luck fighting undead and constructs.

It would be really cool to add more options to grappling, but that sounds like a whole lot more work than I originally envisioned making this PrC to be. Maybe I could work on that as a long term project, probably followed by more grappling based PrCs...

I need some ideas for making a PrC based on grappling. Ideas so far: giving him weapon focus:grapple(if he already has it he gets an extra +1), something that lets him reroll a failed grapple check a certain # of times per day, allowing him to keep his dex during a grapple, and at 10th level...

That's even more deadly if you're using a falchion instead of a scythe. The weapon master can move, then whirlwind attack as a standard action, great cleaving on every oppenent whose head he cuts off(threatenting on a 10 or higher).

Actually, it isn't equal to the minimum xp. At lower levels you get minimum xp x .9, then you get equal gold at 9th, and after that you get more gold than min xp.

This table seems very stingy compared to starting gold. I rolled up treasure for a 5th level party, and the end result was 4600gp worth of treasure, which comes out to 1150go each. The adventure I was thinking of would have them all level up. Yet had they started at 6th level instead, they...

Ok, that is a little bit more reasonable. Here I was thinking that you were the type of DM that goes out of his way to keep the PCs alive, even when they deserve to die.

In the last 6 months I have lost 5 characters(total) to two of my DMs. I can't even imagine what playing for 20 years without losing a character would be like.

Sundering armor does sound feasible using your system, but not with the core rules. The only way to do it is to house rule or use a totally different system, as you did. Thats what I meant.

How can you threaten unarmed if taking your attack means provoking an AoA?

It makes sense that there shouldn't be clipped corners because you do not have any face. If you turn a bit, the clipped corner is now in front of you, and therefore threatened.
