Paizo have to make money. What do you want them or any other small print presses who have jumped on the d20 bandwagon to do while WotC is taking the scenic hiking route with the GSL? Shut their businesses down?

Meh. When it comes to RPG products, I'd rather they do a thorough job even if it takes years, over getting a half-assed rushed job product just because one has to meet a deadline and actually worth no more than a dime than its current sticker price. Regardless if the material existed, perhaps...

It only goes to show that WotC's Legal is not happy with GSL or any license to open up their propietary brands to third parties.

It's just business. Perhaps, the late great Gygax cut TLG too many slacks, or have gotten too personal with the company to overlook what they did to his Castle Zagyg franchise. If it is in Gail and Gygax estate's interest to find better professionals to license the franchise, then so be it...

No problem, at least for 3e/d20. I always like surprising my players with new things once in a while, just to keep them off-balance. I don't like my game to become monotonous because the players have memorized the entire Monster Manual collection or got the standard D&D magic system pat down...

Technically, the Saga Edition is d20. Just as 4e is d20. What you see is version 2 of d20. Saga Rules is better, even better than 4e.

Took a break from Fallout 3 so I can finally try Civ4 that I finally bought during the post-Thanksgiving sales weekend.
