I think you need to wait until 4E is released muchacho. Until then I think we have only positive reviews from the official playtesters, and some fan playtests with the pregens (so there won't be much infomation regarding rules).

Good call. When you are Epic and get killed, the gods themselves send you back to finish what you started. In Epic gaming, the greater risk is not to get yourself killed, but to fail your mission, allow the BBEG to destroy the world, etc.

That's a possibility, but if you take a look at the pregens, there lots of powers without a level on it. And if all at-wills are level 1 and only attainable at level 1, there is really no reason to put a level on them.

Don't worry. The problem is with WOTC's incapacity of keeping their fans informed about their new game, not with you. Utility are Powers that are not attacks. Dispel Magic, Tumble, Insibility, Fly, are all utility Powers etc. They differ from Rituals, which are "powers" that are used outside...

I think there are higher level At-Will powers because all At-Will powers we've seen so far have a level assigned to them. If all At-Will powers are level 1, there would be no need for that.

That's a possibility. All we need to be sure is a high level sample character.

I don't think there will be craft items feats. Rituals will handle the magic item creation. Something else entirely. Rituals are non-combat powers. Utility Powers are non-attack powers.
