I've never had a problem finding my tables at the gameday. If there was some confusion, it was really solved by at most two minutes of asking all of the friendly fellow nerds. And quite often, if a GM sees lost sheep and is also missing people, they'll call out and ask what they're lookin for...

When I played first edition, we were dead at KO'd at 0 and dead at -10. We didn't steadily bleed to death either. Maybe that was just a hosue rule perhaps....
