    I really dislike Zehir's Tongue (the yuan-ti's ability). Why does a wounded enemy being close to the yuan-ti let the yuan-ti hit you harder? Reminds me of Whirlwind + Cleave + bag of rats trick from 3.0. OK, it's not quite as silly; it seems like an interesting way to shuffle numbers around...

    It's easy enough to reduce 3E skills to "trained"/"untrained" (and "cross-class trained") for single class characters. An elf 10th-level rogue with Int 14 has 10 skills. "Untrained" is +0, "trained" is +13, "cross-class trained" is +6. A human 3rd-level cleric with Int 10 has 3 skills, "trained"...

    Why is it artificial or difficult to believe that you need 60 seconds of rest to get your powers back, but not that you need 6 seconds?
