    Ronin Arts: Important Announcement

As of today, Ronin Arts has severed its four-year relationship with RPGNow (currently OBS). The full catalog of Ronin Arts products can be found at www.roninarts.com and the following sales sites: e23.sjgames.com www.paizo.com www.yourgamesnow.com Additionally, Ronin Arts produces official...

Do you agree with WotC selling errata?

Can I answer with: "Which day of the week?" :)

Pointing back to contributing publishers/products would also help offset any negative impact.

Green Ronin/Ronin Arts: True20 Submission Guidelines

This particular idea would definitely be acceptable. As with all rules and guidelines, all you have to do is ask. We'll review separate requests/ideas on a case-by-case basis. The above is simply there to block out the potential flood of "converted monster"-type submissions.

Green Ronin/Ronin Arts: True20 Submission Guidelines

True20 Quarterly is Green Ronin Publishing’s quarterly magazine devoted to True20 Adventure Roleplaying. Currently, we’re looking for submissions that fit the following categories: Adventures: 2,500-5,000 word adventures that rely solely upon the True20 Adventure Roleplaying book. An adventure...

And thus, as I've said, the publishers with the more convoluted OGC declarations are the ones that suffer no adverse effect from this.

    Hit Points and D&D

I've got two $1 PDFs out that detail an alternate damage tracking system. Wounds, Bruises, and Blood tracks individual wounds (and healing the wounds is tracked separately) and includes rules for bleeding, tearing open wounds during strenuous activity, and a few other small rules options...

    A Community SRD?

I agree. Every time that this idea is put forward it is by someone that runs no risk of negative impact on their work.

    A Community SRD?

It should be about respect. Anyone that properly follows the OGC and OGC/PI statements can do pretty much whatever they want. The biggest problem I see with this is simply that the publishers with difficult to understand OGC declarations, and very little OGC, will be the ones safest from any...

    Looking for d20 modern/future modules

Our starship series is packed with campaigns and adventure seeds in each PDF. From "news van in space" to "big-game hunters," the series offers wildly different campaign models that you can use to start things out. I recommend trying the largest, Ghost Ship, to get a feel for the series. It's a...

    A Community SRD?

Plus, all this would do is penalize those publishers that have released a lot of OGC. The "crippled" OGC products would be largely unaffected. And with sales the way they are these days for d20 products, the loss of 100-200 sales could kill many publishers.

Free Tip of the Day at YourGamesNow.com!

My understanding is that it will be posted one-day and then removed; no archive. I plan to compile the material that I write for the site.

Ronin Arts: Wounds, Bruises, and Blood goes silver . . .

Thanks. I should have the Modern/Future version of this ready in a week or two (it's taking a bit more work since I need to factor in different damage types and gunshot wounds).

Ronin Arts: Wounds, Bruises, and Blood goes silver . . .

Wounds, Bruises, and Blood, Ronin Arts' alternate damage tracking system for low-fantasy games, has reached "Silver Pick" status at RPGNow in one month of sales. Counting sales at other sites, Wounds, Bruises, and Blood has now sold over 150 copies, making it Ronin Arts' fastest selling PDF of...

Ronin Arts: A Dozen Hazards of the City

How did this turn out for you?
  17. P

Ronin Arts: Broken Bones now available . . .

Exactly. For those that enjoy a little more complexity this system will deliver a more low-fantasy feel for very little extra effort. Anyone that already thinks that d20 is too complicated, though, may want to avoid this.

Ronin Arts: Broken Bones now available . . .

Oh yeah, one quick point. The basics in Wounds, Bruises, and Blood aren't exactly a crit system. It's just a variant for tracking individual wounds and special effects around those wounds. Broken Bones, on the other hand, is definitely a type of crit system. If there's demand I'll finish up a...

Ronin Arts: Broken Bones now available . . .

The best sample I can think of is the basic rules for tracking individual wounds. This is the basis for all of the additional rules, including bleeding, tearing open wounds, broken bones, bruises, and healing the separate wounds. ------------------------------------------------------------...

Pretty much nothing. If you want to let me know where you purchased the PDF I can check but I'm trusting people to be honest with me. :)
