    I assume they mean the names for the gods, that is Pelor, Melora, and Kord instead of Dawnfather, Wildmother, and Stormlord.

    It's not from any of the campaigns. I asked the artist on reddit as well and they said they were not at liberty to share what it is but that there's plenty of detail in the book
