Your numbers are off. The AL used to pay $250/2 hours (irrespective of words). That works out to about 5 cents a word.

The "or" was intended to be that you took one of those options. If you unlock it as a wildshape or target of find mount, its permanently unlocked as an option. If you don't have those options, it can be a general mount/pet, but then you only have one unless you are willing to get it a raise dead...

That is correct. We were given the okay to give out the male and not the female, so we still wanted it to be a usable mount for everyone, thus this particular steeder is "special"
