I think Of Sound Mind has a shot once it's out a little longer. Great module with some interesting unique bits. It can handle many levels too, so it should get used more.

In 2e I believe it was in the Mystara Monstrous Compendium and it had to meet the eyes. I haven't seen the Dragon article, but as I recall it could only use that attack every other round or something because it's head was too heavy for the neck to support it for long. Or some silliness like that.
