    Stiker with Healing, or Leader with Ranged? You may want to take a closer look at the PH2, as there are a few Divine classes introduced.

    I'm very hesitant. There is a specific plot point where I'd like to use this, and it wouldn't be combat situation ... although I might throw some minions at the defenders... but mostly a series of skill challenges.

    I agree. I've considered doing something similar in the campaign I want to run (if it ever gets going). I'm OK with some of the racial stereotypes, but... I hate feeling that if I want to a good XXXXXXX, I have to choose YYYYYYYY race.

    If you can't land at the end of the movement, you can't use the power, and you don't use the Dragon Wings move action. That's a lot easier.
