Although I'm not very big on WoD, but having something only available at cons is the stupidest way to sell something, in my opinion.

Well the Heavy Metal universe would have to be more than just a generic RPG universe, it has to have its own style, having the "metal" look as S'mon stated.

Also, Taarna from the 1981 movie could be a notable character in the game. Many of the game's worlds would be very different from each other, from city planets, to desert planets, to jungle planets, and many more.

I think it would be pretty cool if there would be an RPG based on the Heavy Metal magazine. It could be a multi-genre RPG kinda like Rifts, incorporating elements from fantasy, sci-fi, horror, etc. For a bonus, people like Boris Vallejo and Luis Royo can do the artwork for it. I'm pretty sure...

That and an RPG based on ancient China with Wuxia elements, as well an a Mesoamerican themed RPG.

John Carter (or Barsoom) would actually fall into the sword-and-planet genre. Great examples of planetary romance would be Flash Gordon and the movie Avatar.

More like individual games, like World of Darkness and Shadowrun. They can have systems like D20 and GURPS, but I don't mean as books for those systems.

I think Rifts will really need conversions for other RPG systems, such as D20, GURPS, Hero, etc.
