    Teleportation isn't forced movement. It is a completely separate type of movement with it's very own rules. Magical properties add effects to powers. So if you use the arrow with a power you are using a teleport power.

    Given that it is a Monk feat I would say that Pointed Step Style should work for just the spear weapon not the entire group. Especially since Crashing Tempest Style only works for one weapon. Edit: Mort is correct by RAW, but I believe my answer is RAI.

    If it as an at-will Full discipline power then yes you can use the move portion twice. If it is a encounter or daily FD then no.

    After you click on Hybrid it should bring up two class lists, one under the other. If not then your update is indeed FUBAR. Focused expertise was released in the Monk play test which was also a phb3 play test. Focused expertise was changed to versatile expertise.
