What creature or creatures (outsider probably) would make a good pair with a mind flayer. I was figuring something with immunity to stunning but I couldn't think of many besides undead.

Huge earth elemental is only CR7 with DR /+2 and has the sunder feat. I can see it trying to break off weapons in order to not be damaged anymore. For an NPC to take the feat in order to break weapons I can see players getting pissed.

I was disappointed in the dieties section. I wish there was a short section dedicated to each god, similiar to the PHB. A generic overview for a player new to the setting to read a page and half and get the general idea.

I'd let them break items in large amounts and pool it. IE, if they destroy an unholy greatsword worth 18,000 they'd be okay for 180 days if they needed 100gp/day. That's just me though.

If the DM allows you to ready an action to attack someone who looks at you that would be silly, but if you're limited to "attack if they round corner" or if they cast spells, etc it's not nearly as bad.

I think the Wizard had also created simulacrums of himself riding simulacrumed nightmares, his images could cast and I believe the nightmares still had special abilities too.

Not sure if this is the rules or not but I allow players and NPC's to do things like a move action behind a wall and then ready an action to attack the first person that follows them, partial charge if needed. That's legal right?

It's not instantaneously after 24 hours, it's a slow process of 24 hours of weakness. Either you're tough enough to withstand it or you're not. Personally any duration 10 mins and above is fine with me because you could cast it and try to force it out of your system. But it's not on a 24hr...

Would this mean that things like a Dragons breath weapon aren't changed? It's not HP, level, skills, or speach really. So a 200hp 10d6 White Dragon who had Simulacrum cast might have 120hp and still a 10d6 breath weapon right? Would his BAB be lower as well? Is racial HD associated with age...

For anything huge or bigger it should be a free action to use str to escape. It's really just sticking their leg to the floor, not the whole body.

But it's a standard action to imbue and fire the bow with the arrow loaded with a burning hands or whatnot. So you don't really ever cast it.
