I image that the average dnd player, has never heard of 13th age. At this point in time the average Dnd player hasn't heard of NEXT yet, and won't till it's ready to be sold.

If you notice Heroic got WAY more attention in 4e then the other tears. They've stated most people play at low levels only, and that may or may not be true. And face it read the stuff from the last few years, they are just much better at writing for low level than...

In that case if there was any store within 50 miles of me doing encounters I'd be up for either one.
I'm just curious, Why would you do that?
I thought the point of encounters is you could walk into any place running it and just sit down a play the rules are all the same.
I got prepared to go to one and they excitedly told me "We're running encounters, but with pathfinder."
