Seeing ads as a subscriber

I have all the 'disable ads' options checked, but I seem to be getting a top and right-hand column ad. What's up?

My apologies. We were hacked a couple of weeks ago, and the entire site was destroyed; we're busy rebuilding it slowly from the ground up, but it will be a while before everything is working correctly again.
