    "Kill the Sacred Cow!"

Well, they killed a few sacred cows (and did some necromancy on others from 1E) when 3E came out. They can do it again. I do want 4E to look like 3.5 superficially, with the same D&D feel that has persisted down since the little blue book. But they can rework it, and I think they need to...

    -10 + 1/2 level

And they take an amount of damage equal to the amount they roll over their con if they fail the roll. That would add to the death toll

Do You Have A Campaign Website? Do You Use It?

I run most of my games on Yahoogroups, but I don't think that counts. My face to face game does not, and we don't really need one.

    Zagig Spells

I don't think any other wizards are crazy enough to attempt any of his spells.

    Target Demographic?

I think this is a very interesting question as what WOTC sees as the target demographic will have a strong influence on what kind of game system 4E is. If they aim too low, I will not be very interested, and frankly, I do not think they can aim too high for me. Unless they require advanced math...

    So No Feat/PrC Compendium eh?

I might but a feat compendium, but would not get a Prestige Class one. But really, I think WOTC has missed the boat on these. Feats would have been very easy to do, reprint a ton as is, fix a few that some people cannot seem to understand *cough* munchkins *cough* and then go through their...

    d20srd.org 404 Error

That has been up for quite some time now. I ran into it a longtime ago. Cool though.

What do you plan on doing for your last 3.x campaign?

I have no plans to change anything I am doing right now, though I will be more encouraged to try and fit Ruins of Greyhawk into my play schedule before 4E comes around. I might run it online, or I might do it ftf, not sure. But really no big changes before 4E.

    All Alternative Classes Campaign Idea

You mean you did not stop your 3.x campaign as soon as 4e was announced?????? As for alternative class idea, it is the most workable now that it ever was or will be (apparently ;) ) I think it would make a good world, if limited. Chose ten or twelve and decide how they interact. Then it would...

    Dragon Digital This October...

It looks like DI will be free for the next few months, which is frankly Wizard's only chance to try and get me to subscribe at 120.00 a year. Let's see if I get addicted to it i n that time.

Were you a 3.x hater when it was announced and are glad you made the switch?

I liked 3E and was ready for it to be good. I had not liked 1E, was overall unsatisfied with 2E and its attempts to make character creation more varied and fun. 3E made character creation fun and varied, which has kept it with me even with its many other flaws. Now we will see if 4E is a...

Why so many in a hurry to leave 3E?

Well, I am looking at my 2 shelf feet of 3.5 books and thinking I do not want to change. I do like 3.5 and think it does a good job of doing Fantasy role-play. I will look at 4E and think about it, but it will all depend on what it looks like.

The best value in gaming is gone...

Maybe online is the futrue of a lot of gaming realted stuff, but I jsut plain do not like it. 10:00 a month for the digital initiative is a lot, and I will definitely not be paying it, no matter how good it is. I like print and things I can hold in my hands, and not go blind tryingto read on a...

    UA Rogue Variant

I don't see any way in the rules to assume it would work that way. It says simply you get feats like a fighter. Do you get the BAB and saves also? How about the armor proficieneies? No, you are not a fighter. So no, no weapon specialization.

How much do you prepare your adventures, and how good is your "improvisation?"

I do not prepare much for my sessions, other than knowing the general stuff that will happen. That allows me to go with the flow much better, and frankly, I think I am very good at that.

Questions about Skin of Ectoplasmic Armor

Well, I agree with myself, and say you can't do it. Enough said ;) I am very leery of allowing armor bonuses on anything other than armor., mainly for balance purposes.

Best Five RPG Books You Own

Well, I'll jump in with my favorite 5. And it'll be obvious I only buy WOTC books. Psionics Handbook. A great system, and would probably be more accepted if it did not have the word psionic in it. The real sorcerer, in my opinion. Spell Compendium: A great resource for DMs and players Overall...

Feats to make Dragon Shaman Better

I agree. The recharge of 1d4 rounds is very specific, and I think deliberately chosen. Draconic adepts do not qualify for metabreath feats.
