Your use of the word difference and the +25 confuses me here. A PC minus any proficiency bonus will be +29 or +30 to hit at level 30. With the new monster math a monster will be +34 to hit at level 30. That is a difference of 4 or 5 to hit in favor of the monster not a 25 difference.

Actually no. We played in Paragon and Epic before the feats were released. And played some after the first expertise feats were released. Some people took them, others did not.

Our experience is similar to yours. We have never noticed a glaring whole in the math at any level of play. I think most of the math holes come from those that cant play unless fully optimized.

I took some red poker chips and painted one side blue. then wrote the offensive buffs on the red side with a sharpie and the defensive buffs on the blue side. Handed them out and just had everyone flip the chip over when I changed states.

Ramping up for 4th edition WOTC was hiring people. They just recently laid off people. They are not ramping up for a new edition.

You should check with your stores Organizer but most people will be 3rd level for the last Chapter. If you choose to make a 3rd level character I would not recommend giving it magical items without your Organizers permission.

There was no way in the Offline Character Builder to choose whether or not you used or did not use errata. All you could choose is which books and even down to specific powers for your game. But they would all still be the most recent version of the powers.

Outside of Marking the monster so it has a -2 to hit any allies other than you was there something else about you marking the monster that they didnt like?

Dragon Articles have always been available 6 weeks after the end of the month that they were published in. Barring any bugs etc they should be available after the July update.

It is likely to be changed. We are just testing the changes they made to the powers and the class. Once that is done we will likely see the new name.
