I really don't think it is a problem. Invisibility is so easy to get around at high levels its negligible. Same thing goes for sneak attacks. Any form of concealment (Fog, darkness, Blur) cancels sneak attacks. Lots of creatures are immune to sneak attacks.

Wounding on a bow would be nasty. My Ranger / Deepwood Sniper could get quite nasty with wounding. Fire off a couple shots at the enemy and then retreat. Is it one heal check per point of wounding damage to stop it, or one for everything?
