D&D General OAR: If the next module chosen is not from TSR, what would you choose?

They did sell the right to Dark Tower, right? I'm still kind of confused how that deal came together.

D&D General OAR: If the next module chosen is not from TSR, what would you choose?

I don't know much about the Judges Guild controversies, but it does seem their site is just a wasteland. I don't think it'd be difficult for Goodman to get the rights for old stuff, as it doesn't seem to me JG is doing anything with anything.

D&D 5E (2014) [MtG] Commander Legends: Battle For Baldur's Gate Spoiler Season

    The alternate art for Tasha is also way better;

D&D 5E (2014) [MtG] Commander Legends: Battle For Baldur's Gate Spoiler Season

I find that these sets really do drift away from the naming... Forgotten Realms set having a lot of material that's pretty definitively not FR (looking at you Vecna) and even more so with this one. That said, the art is cool, and as "D&D Magic Sets" I get the appeal. They should totally do...

D&D General OAR: If the next module chosen is not from TSR, what would you choose?

For a moment I thought you meant City State of the Invincible Overlord, but then realized it essentially got a sequel.

D&D General OAR: If the next module chosen is not from TSR, what would you choose?

Imagine a cruel future: Goodman Games announces that Wizard's of the Coast is no longer interested in leasing old TSR adventures for reprint and expansion through the Original Adventures Reincarnated line. It is a dark day, as hundreds of voices cry out in terror only to suddenly be silenced...

    D&D 5E (2014) Nominate Today's Top Adventures for Use in 5E

As an outline and toolkit to improve the adventure, it's a great book. It's horribly laid out, but if you read the thing back-to-front you'll have everything you need. First time I ran it almost as-is-written and it was great.

    D&D 5E (2014) Nominate Today's Top Adventures for Use in 5E

The first time I've run it (I've run it three times now) I essentially did it as written and had a great time. I still feel it's gold when you don't just use the adventure but also the rest of the book, and other material (there is a Xmas adventure somewhere that uses the Cassalanters which is...

Strixhaven Review Round-Up – What the Critics Say

I think there are six setting books now (Ravnica, Theros, Wildemount, Eberron, Ravenloft, Strixhaven). I really just have the opposite opinion in that I find a sourcebook on how to run horror campaigns more useful than specifically Ravenloft campaigns. I do agree that the folks who are...

Strixhaven Review Round-Up – What the Critics Say

I won't defend review inflation (IGN giving everything a good score for some reason)... but IMO 5E Ravenloft is the best setting book so I'll die on that hill.

    D&D 5E (2014) Nominate Today's Top Adventures for Use in 5E

I think you're just reinforcing it's a bad map... if you need to build it a couple of times in Minecraft to understand it, I don't think it is intuitive to read.

Strixhaven Review Round-Up – What the Critics Say

The reviews seems very mixed so I'm surprised that the consensus is considered "A." I'd give it more of a B based on those reviews, but maybe I'm missing something.
