Thanks all for answering the question. I can see that the Warlord is an attempt to balance in-game game penalties with real-life personality benefits. That's certainly the easiest way to design a game. I guess I had expected a little more.

To answer one of my own questions, I realized: A reincarnated elf actually retains three racial bonus feats! So Reincarnate doesn't exclusively favor humans. It's still not fair by any stretch, but at least it is not adding a big benefit exclusively to what is already the most popular racial pick.

Does an elf reincarnated as a human gain a human bonus feat? Are there ANY other racial benefits that persists beyond the human feat and human skill ranks (particularily for playable races)?
